The choice of material in the brushes is an important factor in determining the performance of the brushes.
Here are some things to consider when choosing a brush material.
ㆍ Material material selection
ㆍ Wire diameter and shape selection (straight / dashed line, etc.)
ㆍ Trim Length
ㆍ Density of material
Selection of material
Depending on the material of the material, hygroscopicity, heat resistance, chemical resistance, chargeability, abrasiveness, strength, etc. are factors that determine the performance of the brush itself.
Selection of diameter and shape
As the wire diameter gets thicker, the stiffness increases and the flexibility decreases.
Selection of Trim Length
As the length of the brush material becomes longer, the elasticity increases but the possibility of breaking of the material increases, and when the length exceeds the limit, the brush performance cannot be exhibited.
Selection of material density
The higher the density, the higher the stiffness, and the lower the density, the higher the flexibility. The density of the material is directly related to the brush performance.

Among the selection of the brush material, there is a distinction of waveform / straight line, which is the outline of the material line.
The dashed line marked Crimped increases the apparent density of the surface of the brush by giving waves to the brush material, and also makes the brush performance more uniform.
The broken line can be divided into the height of the mountain, the location of the mountain per unit length, and the length between the mountain and the mountain.
Straight lines marked Straight have a higher apparent density than dashed lines.
