Method of fixing the channel by inserting the brush material into the U-shaped metal channel together with the core wire.
Channel type is a method of attaching a brush material by machining a channel (thin metal plate). It is a manufacturing method that can be used when a linear product is required or when it is required to be attached to a metal roll. Since the channel type can be continuously manufactured in a structure, and there is no simulation gap and high density brush production is possible, it can be used in the place where there should be no abrasive brush or the absence of the brush material and where the high durability is required.
When density adjustment of channel type brush is required, low density can be adjusted by widening the gap between channels, and high density can be adjusted by minimizing channel gap.
Roll brushes can be attached to metals such as steel and stainless steel by welding and adhesives, but can also be used with other materials.
Channel type brush type
There is a single band method using one channel and core wire, and a double band method using one main channel and one subchannel. The single band channel type is used for general application areas, especially when high density is required, and the material drop is an important issue, the double band type is recommended.
